Purpose

The goal of the park was to create a tranquil place in the core of the city. The concept takes inspiration after heavy rainfall, a mistful, quiet, and its calming atmosphere.

Serene Park has a slope of 20 feet from North to South at an incline of 1:12. As people gradually go up, the landscape creates three zones beginning with seating areas with ponds, followed by a large Japanese styled gazebo surrounded by two rectangular ponds. At the top of the slope, the park will annually feature three art installations in theme with tranquillity.
